Zarządzanie jakością w wybranym procesie produkcyjnym z zastosowaniem metody FMEA

Abstract
Success, to a large extent depends on the implementation and maintenance of a method of continuous improvement of the management system and taking into account the needs of all concerned. The purpose of the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis ) is to consistently and permanently eliminate product defects or production processes by identifying the actual causes of their formation and applying appropriate preventive measures. The article presents the purpose of applying the FMEA method, the stages of the analysis and the effects of its application on the example of the production process of the gear lever.
