Abstract
Personnel management strategies in companies, which want to play an important role in the marketplace and successfully accomplish their strategic goals, should be inventive. In this article, the author defines the features of such strategies and taking O-I Produkcja Polska S.A. as an example, tries to present the most important, interesting, practically applied and inventive fundaments of personnel management. In question are those which can be recognized as unique, breakthrough, surprising, and delivering rapidly personalized values, inspired by everybody. In the conclusion, the author indicates that only a special and innovative approach to the employees can ensure for themselves and the company medium and long-term successes.
