ZARZĄDZANIE TALENTAMI W ORGANIZACJACH NON-PROFIT NA PRZYKŁADZIE ZWIĄZKU HARCERSTWA POLSKIEGO

Abstract
Temat zarządzania talentami najczęściej poruszany jest w kontekście przedsiębiorstw, jednak zagadnienie to dotyczy również organizacji, których celem nie jest zarabianie i pomnażanie kapitału, a dobro społeczne. Niniejszy artykuł porusza temat zarządzania talentami w organizacjach non-profit. Organizacją, w której przeprowadzono badania, jest Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (ZHP) – jedna z największych organizacji pozarządowych w Polsce, posiadająca ponad 100-letnią tradycję oraz ponad 100 000 członków. Celem badań było określenie zasadności zarządzania talentami w Związku Harcerstwa Polskiego, sposobu zarządzania nimi, identyfikacja narzędzi, jakie w tym zakresie są stosowane oraz określenie możliwości rozwoju tego aspektu zarządzania w kontekście całej organizacji. Badania obejmowały w etapie I analizę dokumentów z zakresu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w ZHP. W etapie II zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, poddano ocenie członków organizacji realizację wytycznych zawartych w analizowanych w etapie I dokumentach.
