Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi w redakcjach prasy katolickiej na przykładzie tygodnika „Niedziela” / Human Resource Management in the Catholic Press: The Case of the Niedziela Weekly

Abstract
Redakcja tygodnika jest miejscem pracy zatrudnionych w niej osób. Okoliczność ta zobowiązuje wszystkich (pracodawców i pracobiorców) do wypełnienia obowiązków wynikających z umowy. Postulat zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi formułuje określone modele, właściwe dla całej branży. Dodatkowo zaś w przypadku prasy katolickiej będziemy mieli do czynienia z szeregiem innych uwarunkowań, właściwych jedynie dla tej branży. /// The editorial offices of a weekly are a place of work for people employed there. This fact obliges all—employers and employees—to perform their obligations as stemming from their contracts. The postulate behind human resource management formulates defined models that are true of the entire industry. Moreover, in the case of Catholic press, there are several other conditions unique to the Catholic press industry.
