ZASTOSOWANIE JEDNORODNYCH GRUP PACJENTÓW W ZARZĄDZANIU KOSZTAMI SZPITALA PUBLICZNEGO

Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowano wykorzystanie systemu Jednorodnych Grup Pacjentów w zarządzaniu kosztami szpitala oraz dokonano charakterystyki tych kosztów. System ten oparty jest na sprawdzonych międzynarodowych klasyfikacjach chorób i procedur medycznych. Stanowi on nowoczesne rozwiązanie umożliwiające zachowanie stabilności wymiany finansowej pomiędzy stacjonarnymi podmiotami leczniczymi – szpitalami a Narodowym Funduszem Zdrowia (NFZ).
