Zastosowanie jonoforezy w leczeniu promienicy tkanek miękkich części twarzowej czaszki - opis przypadku

Abstract
Wprowadzenie. Promienica tkanek miękkich jest rzadko rozpoznawanym schorzeniem. Kliniczne postacie często są mylone ze stanem zapalnym nieswoistym lub guzem nowotworowym. Trudności diagnostyczne wynikają z zamazania obrazu klinicznego i histopatologicznego poprzez częste stosowanie antybiotykoterapii w innych stanach zapalnych. Cel pracy. Zaprezentowanie skuteczności oraz celowości zastosowania przy leczeniu promienicy tkanek miękkich części twarzowej czaszki jonoforezy penicylinowej. Materiał i metody. Badanie i leczenie przeprowadzono u pacjentki, u której wystąpiły kliniczne objawy promienicy tkanek miękkich policzka, potwierdzone badaniem histopatologicznym. Wyniki. Uzyskano całkowitą remisje choroby, dzięki zastosowaniu skojarzonego leczenia farmakologicznego i jonoforezą penicylinową. Podsumowanie. O rozpoznaniu promienicy decyduje wynik badania histopatologicznego, a stosowanie antybiotykoterapii często utrudnia prawidłowe rozpoznanie. Włączenie do leczenia jonoforezy jest skuteczną metoda w przypadku promienicy tkanek miękkich części twarzowej czaszki.
