Zastosowanie kart kontrolnych Shewharta do nadzorowania jakości procesów produkcyjnych w branży motoryzacyjnej

Abstract
The manuscript presents the use of Shewhart control charts to supervision the quality of production processes in the automotive industry of the gearbox automatic. At the request of the company, control charts were prepared for individual characteristic geometrical features. This paper presents the procedure for preparing the control card for monitoring the shape characteristics in an automated production socket. W artykule omówione zostało zastosowanie kart kontrolnych Shewharta do nadzorowania jakości procesów produkcyjnych w branży motoryzacyjnej części typu korpus. Na zlecenie przedsiębiorstwa zostały przygotowane karty kontrolne dla poszczególnych cech geometrycznych. W artykule została przedstawiona procedura przygotowania karty kontrolnej do nadzorowania charakterystyk kształtowych w zautomatyzowanym gnieździe produkcyjnym.
