ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ БАТАРЕЙНИХ ПЕРЕТВОРЮВАЧІВ ТЕПЛОВОГО ПОТОКУ У КОНДУКТИВНИХ КАЛОРИМЕТРАХ

Abstract

The structure and geometric shapes of calorimeters, cells and transducers are considered. Two types of design of calorimetric shells are described and the technology of manufacturing of cylindrical battery heat flow transducers for calorimetry is offered. The mathematical modeling of the transducers in a stationary mode was carried out, on the basis of which new refined formulas were obtained for calculating the sensitivity of a transducer with galvanic deposition of a thermoelectrode. Experimental studies of a lot of constantan-nickel transducers with different layer thickness of section galvanic coating confirm the validity of the proposed calculation formulas. The obtained results theoretically confirm the fact that the sensitivity depends on the thickness of the compound protective layer and allow us to estimate the necessary value of this thickness for stabilizing the characteristics of the transducer.
