Abstract
Praca omawia nowe założenia polityki zdrowotnej przyjęte podczas posiedzenia Europejskiego Komitetu Regionalnego Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia we wrześniu 2012 roku w formie strategii „Health 2020”. Przedstawione są cztery podstawowe priorytetowe obszary oraz uwarunkowania osiągnięcia dwóch powiązanych celów strategicznych: poprawy stanu zdrowia całego społeczeństwa i zmniejszenia nierówności w zdrowiu oraz poprawy przywództwa i zarządzania zdrowiem.
