Abstract
The article explores an unknown story from the biography of Bishop Nestor (Sidoruk), related to the repression against him in 1936. The author, based on the materials of the criminal case, studies the investigation and analyzes the results of the investigation. The position of the witnesses in the case is shown, excerpts from the characteristics and references are given. Analysis of the documents gave grounds to conclude that G. Sidoruk was convicted unreasonably
