ZJAWISKO ODWRÓCONEJ ZASADY SUBSYDIARNOŚCI

Abstract
The article presents selected municipal initiatives as an example of the phenomenon of reversed principle of subsidiarity. Municipalities have carried out programs, which concern needs of the inhabitants of these municipalities. These needs was also the needs of society in the country that are not served at the central level.
