Abstract
Розглянуто актуальну проблему парадигми менеджменту як наукової теорії, яка полягає в системі понять, що визначають основні риси сучасного менеджменту, а також концептуальну модель постановки проблем та їх вирішення, методів дослідження, які переважають у сучасному менеджменті. У цьому контексті на основі аналізу праць науковців і лідерів бізнесу розглядаються проблеми, яким, на наш погляд, наразі приділяється недостатня увага, пропонуються деякі шляхи їх вирішення.
