FEATURES OF CORPORATE OPERATION OF THE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The corporate sector of the national economy generates sustainable development is not only an individual enterprise, but also for the region and the entire country. In Ukraine, the process of becoming a national model of corporate management, a characteristic feature of which is the lack of effective legal, institutional leverage the benefits of the implementation of the joint-stock form of ownership, effective mechanisms of corporate management and promote the interests of all subjects of corporate management. It determines the need to assess the quality of corporate management based of enterprise. Results of the analysis of problems of development of corporate management and the factors that affect its quality. The main problems that arise in the implementation of corporate management, is the separation of ownership from management and the relationship between minority and majority shareholders Analysis of the corporate sector is the social and economic factors of efficience corporate management in the economics of Ukraine demonstrated a significant effect of different directions of interest, motivation, strategic objectives of corporate groups that take part in the functioning of modern production. For the settlement of conflicts is necessary to achieve efficiency of the enterprise will require a comprehensive evaluation of the system of corporate management in a number of parameters. This approach is the basis for the methodical evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate management. Assessing the state of corporate management to determine the direction of its improvement.
