Abstract
Straipsnyje analizuojami žmogiškieji ištekliai, jų valdymo specifika viešajame sektoriuje, kaip šiuolaikinėje organizacijoje. Pateikiami žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo ypatumai, aktualūs viešojo sektoriaus organizacijose. Akcentuojama, kad viešajame sektoriuje valdant žmogiškuosius išteklius tenka spręsti specifines užduotis, kurios susijusios su nagrinėjamos srities išskirtinumu ir visuomenės keliamais reikalavimais
