ЗНАЧЕНИЕ НЕКОТОРЫХ БИОХИМИЧЕСКИХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ СЫВОРОТКИ КРОВИ В ДИФФЕРЕНЦИАЛЬНОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКЕ ОПУХОЛЕЙ ОРБИТЫ

Abstract
Orbital disease refers to the most complex sections of ophthalmology, since exophthalmic syndrome is manifested regardless of the etiology and pathogenesis of the pathological process. [1] Tumor processes range from 74% to 83% of the orbital lesions. Among them, special place is occupied by pseudotumors, which due to rapid progression of the process can simulate malignant lesion of the orbit, often lead to loss of visual functions and disability of the patient [1.2]. Significant shifts in the diagnosis of ocular tumors occurred with the introduction of visualizing examination methods in clinical practice, such as ultrasound scanning, computer and magnetic resonance imaging, which help to determine the localization of the process in the cavity of the orbit, but do not establish the etiology of the process [2]. It is known that as a result of the interaction of the tumor and the organism, significant changes occur in proteins in the form of a decrease in albumins, even with small localized tumors and an increase in gamma globulins during metastasis. An important role in the structure of the protein molecule has sulfhydryl and disulfide groups, which also take an active part in the development of the tumor process [3] In this connection, the aim of the study was to research changes in the protein spectrum of blood serum and the content of sulfhydryl and disulfide groups in patients with orbital tumors.
