Znaczenie Polski w Europie Bałtyckiej w kontekście napływu bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych

Abstract
Economic cooperation between Poland, Scandinavian and Baltic countries, after centuries-old break, is reviving very slowly. Despite numerous assets of Polish industry, the countries from the Baltic Region are developing capital cooperation with their southern partner to limited extend. Exceptions are Germany and Sweden, which are one of the most significant investors in Poland. Reasons for such a situation, among others, are cultural and geopolitical differences, which cause that countries tend to turn to certain directions. Such a trend is particularly observed in the Baltic Region, where Baltic and Scandinavian countries are clearly leaning towards each other.
