苹果酸辅助法水热合成ZnS∶Mn的相态<br /> 及其远红外吸收光谱的研究<br />

Abstract
采用苹果酸辅助法水热合成了ZnS∶Mn。随着络合剂——苹果酸的加入量从0 g,0.2 g,1 g增大到2 g,苹果酸与锌离子和锰离子形成的络合物有效控制了金属离子的释放速度,调节了ZnS∶Mn晶体的生长速度,因此,ZnS∶Mn的形貌规整度逐渐提高,其晶相也从混合相(立方相和六方相)转变为纯立方相。使用远红外光谱(Far-IR)和拉曼光谱(Raman spectra)对ZnS∶Mn的晶格振动进行了研究,结果表明:纯ZnS的远红外光谱在350 cm-1~200 cm-1范围内有1个宽吸收峰,而ZnS∶Mn在此范围内的吸收峰发生了裂分,裂分为279 cm-1和315 cm-1处的2个峰,并且位于315 cm-1处的吸收峰比279 cm-1处吸收峰吸收强度大,这可能是因为晶格态的Mn2+和点缺陷态的Mn2+均使ZnS∶Mn中TO振动模式的振动频率向高频方向移动所致。另外,随着水热合成中苹果酸加入量的增加,所得ZnS∶Mn样品的结晶性提高,晶体缺陷减少,使得位于Far-IR 谱图上414 cm-1处的吸收峰弱化。
