高考制度的层次分析评价模型

Abstract

本文利用层次分析模型分别对高考公平性和可行性进行了评价与分析。层次分析模型是一种能有效地处理这类指标难以量化的问题的实用模型。它的应用已遍及经济计划、管理决策、教育评估等领域。它具有系统性、实用性、简洁易懂性等优点。我们总结了现行的高考制度并提出了新方案,分别制定了评价高考公平性和可行性的指标体系。在通过问卷调查得到定性评价的定量数据后,利用概率统计的原理对数据进行处理,用成对比较法和1—9比较尺度构造成对比较阵,采用和法计算最大特征根和特征向量,求得方案层对目标层的组合权向量,并做一致性检验。最后对其进行分析,得到新方案对公平性和可行性的评价权重都大于现行高考制度,即新方案在公平性和可行性上都优于现行高考制度。该结果能对高考制度的分析与改革有一定的参考意义。
