溶胶凝胶涂敷光纤耦合器热光开关的研究

Abstract
实现一种简易的热光开关，利用有机-无机混合溶胶凝胶材料的温敏特性，在光纤耦合器表面涂敷了一层温敏薄膜，通过温度改变了耦合器的折射率分布。当薄膜的折射率大于耦合器的石英材料折射率时，耦合器的传输损耗高，会发生光的抑制，反之则能够正常通光。利用温度变化这一特性，设计热光开关的装置，该装置成本低，制作简便，稳定性高，有一定的使用价值。
