二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢催化剂的研究

Abstract

二甲醚重整制氢反应是车载燃料电池理想的供氢方式之一,而选择合适的催化剂是制氢反应的关键。本文分析了应用于二甲醚重整制氢反应过程的催化剂的设计思路,研究ZSM-5和活性Al2O3催化剂在二甲醚水解反应中的反应活性及铜基催化剂CD501对甲醇水蒸气重整反应的活性和选择性;在此基础上考察在常压、160 ~ 400 ℃、固定床反应器中,ZSM-5和Al2O3分别与CD501组成的复合催化剂体系对二甲醚水蒸气重整的活性和选择性的影响。结果表明,ZSM-5和CD501组成的双功能催化剂在二甲醚水蒸气重整过程中显示出较好的低温反应活性和较高的选择性,而Al2O3和CD501混合的催化剂体系在270 ℃才有氢气产生。
