油气悬挂在不同温度下非线性特性的无损评测

Abstract

对不同温度下油气悬挂的非线性特性,提出了一种结合数学模型与遗传算法的反演方法。首先,应用反应实际气体状态的R-K方程和计算紊流阻力系数的Blasius公式建立了油气悬挂的数学模型,并验证了模型的正确性。然后根据数学模型,正向计算油气悬挂的位移、速度、加速度及输出力序列。接着应用遗传算法,反演悬挂刚度及阻尼特性曲线上的少数离散点。最后通过三次样条插值离散点得到悬挂的特性曲线。
