A clinical case of rare vascular lesion of the large intestine
Journal Title: Сучасна гастроентерологія - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 4
Abstract
The article presents a clinical case of a hemangioma of the large intestine. The patient was observed for ulcerative colitis and hemorrhoidal hemorrhages for a long time and received appropriate treatment. Performing a spiral computed tomography of the abdominal cavity organs and pelvic organs in angioregimen allowed to establish the diagnosis and determine the extent and severity of bowel involvement with the transition to pelvic organs. Thus, the need to comply with the standards of diagnostic search at all stages is emphasized. The most informative studies in such cases are endoscopy and SCT, which allow us to visualize and evaluate the properties of the anomaly in detail.
