A comparative study of 'X' suture and conventional method of closure in cases ofexploratory laparotomy and burst abdomen

Abstract

A laparotomy is a surgical procedure involving a large incision through the abdominal wall to gain access into the abdominal cavity. Hence its ‘X’ suture and conventional method of closure in cases of exploratory laparotomy and burst abdomen is given importance here.
