A MODERN TREATMENT OF ACNE VULGARIS (literature review)

Abstract
Acne is a chronic recurrent disease. Success of its treatment usually depends on correct combination of medical treatment, cosmetic skin care and physiological procedures. In the treatment of the mild and moderate acne the topical treatment that consist from retinoids, benzoil peroxide, azelaic acid, antibiotics, metronidazol, hyaluronic acid, zinc and other compounds is usually used. Erythromycin as topical treatment of acne is not always effective. Using of 0,3% of adapalen and different scheme of the combine therapy with Clindamycin was proved. Dapsone and incyclid could be considered perspective medicines. For the treatment of moderate acne, the systemic treatment by tetracycline, macrolides and a long term topical treatment are used. An effective treatment usually considered 0,04% of Tretinoin. Isotretinoin is usually used for the severe acne treatment.
