A PLEA AGREEMENT IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of the institute of plea agreement in the criminal procedural law of Ukraine. It investigates the legislation and experience of foreign countries. It also identifies the advantages and disadvantages of this institute during practical using. It analyses legal acts in order to establish essential features of the agreement. It reviews the issue of voluntariness in signing a plea agreement.
