A possibility of applying a systemic approach in the process of organising mass events

Abstract
Systemic approach is applied in a variety of fields, from theoretical research to practical implementation. The objective of the study is to present an analysis of the event as an open system highly dependent on its environment. The article identifies the key elements of management and organization of the system and applies these elements to the concept of a small-scale event.
