Journal Title: Antropomotoryka. Journal of Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences - Year 2003, Vol 13, Issue 25
Abstract
The main objective of the paper, is an overview of theoretical and empirical concepts of human motor coordination. During the introduction the significence of the energetical and coordination aspects of human motor potential are mentioned. Later the most important concepts of the structure of motor coordination related to motor learning and agility as well as specific sport abilities are presented. A classification of the former are discussed precisely. Particular coordination abilities are grouped info complexes that determine specific movements. The theory of motor coordination competency has also been presented. In conclusion the consequences of the discused theories for practical diagnosiss of the human coordination motor potential are presented.
