ABOUT THE IDENTITY AND EPISTEMIC OVERCOMING

Abstract
In the given article the presentations of identity developed by Z. Bauman and P. Sloterdajk are considered in the context of epistemic overcoming reflections, realized as the search of principally new epistemic beginnings. One of the basic ideas of the constructivism lies in the fact that every investigation is connected with the use of special constructs. The certain nature of these constructs is predetermined by the existing episteme, within the framework of which different paradigms and paradigm formations are formed. Thus any investigation is not only a paradigm but also is epistemic predetermined. Appearance of the paradigm within any of the epistemes can be considered as particular flexion (and vice versa). Flexion and extension (“pli”, “depli”-the terms which were introduced and explicated by M. Foucault and J. Deleuze) appear as fundamental cogitative modes. Exposure, specification of certain concepts and constructs is the peculiar “research extension”, which essentially simplifies and simultaneously coarsens the investigated reality. Overcoming of the obsolete constructs and investigation of the new ones is connected with the fixation on extension in connection with the premonitions of epistemic transformations. Methodological fixation on the extension expects thinking about changes of the conceptual (categorical) nets. As the result of such extension the methodological concepts appear which do not fit the old research tools. Exactly within such concept which forms and connects a number of fundamentally new constructive elements the identity should be considered. In the article the identity correlates with some concepts given by J. Deleuze: nomad (nomadism), smooth and striated space. The following conclusion is formulated: a new epistemic installation is seen in the combination of the marked concepts, which is characterized by the simultaneous uniting of vertical and horizontal deployment (“vertical ascent” and “base camp” in the terminology of P. Sloterdajk). The search of identity appears as a way of “horizontal ascent” which completes the traditional “vertical deployment” of the man.
