Аbout the relationship between the concepts of “law aid”, “juristic aid”, “professional legal aid”.

Abstract
The article analyzes the terms “law aid”, “juristic aid”, “professional legal aid”. Various scientific views were discovered to clarify their essence. It was outlined own vision regarding the artificially created “competition” between the words “legal law aid” and “professional legal assistance” in the legislation of Ukraine. The possibility of using the term “juristic aid” in current legislation is substantiated.
