About utopias in management

Abstract
A thesis can be put forward that management sciences, while building their identity, reached to utopian thinking proposing explicite or implicite a vision of a „better world‟ and the fullness of knowing after implementation of scientific management ideals. The purpose of this article is to attempt to reconstruct the utopia of management and to indicate its possible interpretations in organizational discourse.
