ACQUISITION OF SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS TO LAND SECTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EXCLUSIVE COMPETENCE OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES AND LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article examines the problematic aspects of acquiring property rights to land plots in the context of exclusive competence of state authorities and local self-government bodies on disposal of state and municipal land. The judicial practice on protection of the rights of citizens to acquire property rights to land plots is analyzed. Proposals are being made to improve legislative provisions on this issue aimed at guaranteeing the citizens’ rights to land.
