Actual issues of legislative regulation of the investigation of aviation accidents in Ukraine.

Abstract
The current state and tendencies of development of domestic legal support for the investigation of accidents: accidents, accidents, incidents by competent state bodies (investigators, experts of the National Bureau from the investigation of accidents and incidents with civil aircraft) are investigated in the article. The level of legislative regulation of the relationship of authorized persons, while simultaneously carrying out studies of the technical and procedural aspects of the circumstances of the air force. The studied issues of interaction of representatives of bodies investigating air accidents of our state and foreign states. The influence of international law in this field on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities of domestic bodies and the law in force. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts in the field of technical investigation of aviation events, it was concluded that its implementation requires improvement of the legislative settlement and the introduction of proposals for amending certain standards of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the specification of the relationship between the representatives of the National Bureau of Investigation of Aircraft Accidents and pre-trial investigation.
