ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF PROVISION OF FREE SECONDARY LEGAL AID FOR NEEDY CITIZENS IN THE CONTEXT OF JUDICIARY REFORM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the impact of the judicial reform carried out in Ukraine on the state of ensuring the rights of needy citizens to free legal aid. Since the right to protect their rights is a fundamental guarantee recognized and enshrined in the Constitution, any reform carried out in the state should be directed and consistent with the content of the said constitutional principle.
