ACTUALIZATION OF THE PROBLEM OF STRUGGLE ORGANIZED CRIME WITH CORRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the actual problems of strengthening the need to fight organized crime with corrupt connections as a strategic direction for reforming the system of law enforcement agencies, the judiciary and justice and within the framework of ensuring the national security of the state. The groups of reasons for the existence of corrupt connections in the Ukrainian society and the threats posed by organized crime with corrupted ties to the state and society have been identified.
