LEGAL STATUS OF THE BAR ASSOCIATION

Abstract
The article examines the legal status of the bar association. The authors set themselves the goal of deciding the question, in what organizational and legal form is the closest bar association. The authors selected several economic organizations close to its legal status: a limited liability company, a general partnership and a production cooperative. Based on the detailed analysis, solid legal conclusions are made. Finally, some changes to legal acts are proposed.
