ADAPTIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Interacting open-source information systems replace closed information spaces of individual organizations. In this regard, the task to adapt individual information systems to the rest of the information world with its unpredictable information flows and requests is became actual. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for the formation of an adaptive enterprise information system. With the development of the information system, its functionality, complexity, value for business increases, but adaptability decreases. Therefore, it is important to have an IS that allows you to easily change the processes of the company. In accordance with this work, the structure of the information system of the enterprise is determined by a combination of four interacting agreed components: tasks, actors, technology and structure. In the work, the model of the adaptive information system of the enterprise is proposed, according to which, under the influence of the flow of external events, the information system develops most of the time evolutionarily, with its components changing. Long periods of evolutionary development of an enterprise are interrupted by revolutionary changes when the system radically changes its structure and interconnection of components in a short period of time. The adaptive information system is based on the information model of the enterprise, the structure of which proposes to distinguish the following structural components: strategic management center, units responsible for the production of products and services that are consumed in the foreign market, units responsible for providing services within the enterprise and units responsible for work in the market. Based on the proposed model it is expedient to highlight different ways to maintain the adaptability of the information system: the use of flexible development methods at the corporate level, the orientation on the technological platform, the use of the service model.
