Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept and features of administrative-legal disputes in the field of judicial competence. The evolution of scientific approaches to the definition of the essence and content of the concept of "administrative dispute" is analyzed. The signs of an administrative dispute in the field of judicial competence are revealed.
