ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE REALIZATION OF PUBLIC-SERVICE ACTIVITY BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article analyses the administrative and legal support for the implementation of public service activities by local governments in the light of reforming the sphere of administrative services through their decentralization. The progressive directions and problems hindering the qualitative provision of administrative services through the centres for the provision of administrative services are offered ways to solve them.
