ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL PROVISION OF DEFENSE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with modern scientific approaches to the definition and understanding of the essence of the concepts of “administrativelegal provision” and “administrative-legal provision of defense”. The scientific views on the administrative-legal provision of various state-legal phenomena and various spheres of social relations are researched. The author’s definition of the concept of “administrative-legal provision of defense” is substantiated and proposed.
