Administrative-legal qualification and qualification of administrative mistakes: definition and correlation of concepts

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of modern scientific approaches to understanding the essence and correlation of administrative-legal qualification and qualification of administrative misconduct. The example of the most significant branch studies outlines the general patterns and trends in the development of scientific understanding of the qualification of administrative misconduct. The formal-logical aspects of definition of concepts of administrative-legal qualification and qualification of administrative mistakes are considered, their author’s definitions are offered.
