General characteristics of the criminal code of Ukraine on the protection of intellectual property rights

Abstract
The paper presents a scientific and theoretical analysis of the norms of the Criminal code of Ukraine, which protect intellectual property rights and sets out the problematic aspects and proposals for their solution, in particular, the adaptation of legislation to the current realities.
