ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVICEMEN OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to definition of basic concepts and features of administrative responsibility of servicemen under the current legislation of Ukraine. Special attention is given to the distinction between disciplinary and administrative responsibility. We consider the controversies regarding the definition and assignment of responsibility for administrative violations in the disciplinary regulations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
