UKRAINIAN LEGAL MENTALITY AND ITS MAIN DETERMINANTS

Abstract
In article the main determinants of the Ukrainian legal mentality are analyzed, his features are revealed. The author recognizes a position that for disclosure of characteristic features of the Ukrainian legal mentality it is necessary to pay attention not only to a legal component of mentality, but also to consider sociohistorical factors which will give the chance to gain clearer idea of the Ukrainian legal mentality.
