THE MECHANISM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROVISION OF INFORMATION WITH LIMITED ACCESS IN THE ORGANS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The essence and structure of mechanism of administrative and legal support of restricted information in authorities of the National Police are revealed. It is stressed that the feature of this mechanism is that it is realized in the administrative and polit- ical management domain where the state puts public interests ahead of the individual rights, liberties and legitimate interests of individuals. Given a characteristic to base elements of the mechanism of administrative and legal support of restricted informa- tion in authorities of the National Police.
