Аdvanced legal doctrine of the information law during Ukraine’s independence

Abstract
The article describes the advanced legal doctrine in the information law. The main conceptual approaches of vision of modern information and legal doctrines are distinguished , the attention is paid to the coverage of re- lationships sphere by information law that relate to high technology, particularly nanotechnology. It was conclud- ed that the approach to set of the theories is formed in scientific law society, which determine the development of categorical apparatus of information law as innovative concepts, which carry the author’s developments of best categorical apparatus.
