Abstract
The article deals with the actual issues of administrative responsibility for violating the norms of information legislation in the activities of the bodies of the State fiscal service of Ukraine. The grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of the norms of information legislation and its legal features, which include illegality, social danger, guilt, responsibility, are analyzed. It has been established that a significant number of KUpAP norms implies liability for violation of information law norms, but the number of norms directly related to the activities of the DFS of Ukraine is limited. It is proposed to extend the types of liability for violations of information legislation. It is concluded that the lack of domestic legislation leaves in the KUpAP a separate chapter devoted to the offense in the information sphere, which should also include violations of the norms of information legislation in the activities of the DFS of Ukraine.
