Abstract
The international conflict in the Mediterranean during Napoleon's campaign in Egypt is our following subject. We will focus on the causes and consequences of the uprising of the conflict in the Mediterranean during the last quarter of the eighteenth century and the beginning of the ni-neteen century. Also we will study the changes in the international relations during that period including their effects on relations between the Sublime Porte and the greater European powers, as well as between the European power themselves. And also the effective roles played by pirates and governments of West Auajjaq in utilizing their strategic Mediterranean position as a pressure card by the Sublime Port in their foreign relations
