ALTERGLOBALIZATION BY CORPORATE IDENTITY AND LIABILITY

Abstract
The article discussed alterglobalization in terms of corporate identity and responsibility, found dual political and economic sphere of influence of globalization and imposed its industrial and geographical scope. Defined the level of industrial globalization, which is due globalized activities, the activities that provide globally dynamically, activities with low levels of globalization and nonglobal activities. Found unexpected corporate redefinition of national boundaries, increased prestige of cultural identity roots and the importance of cultural affinity. Grounded dynamic root cause of global duality and its reticular reaction and typology of corporate organization that proves responsible cooperation.
