An approach to socio - environmental history of the community of Nicaro

Abstract

The article reflects, briefly, the social and environmental status of communities and Levisa Nicaro, as part of the municipality of Mayari, Holguin Province. Is a response to the insufficient knowledge of the history of the environment of these communities, which has been found by observation, survey and interview methods were applied to dozens of young people and adults in this region. Then there is the experience of the author, who has lived in these communities for over 40 years.
