AN ATTEMPT OF RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE BASIC STAGES OF BECOMING AND DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA AS COUNTRY-MEMBER OF THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION

Abstract
The article identifies the main historical development stages of higher pedagogical education, which are typical for all eleven countries-members of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Romania, Albania). This paper is based on the research analysis carried out a comparative analysis of the higher pedagogical education stages in these countries.
